MindSpring is an in-house team of talented and experienced designers, artists, creative professionals, and learning experts who specialize in immersive digital experiences. Their primary focus is delivering solutions that build ease and efficiency into their client’s work, including award-winning eLearning courses, XR technology experiences, and in-depth consulting services.
After merging the two companies Inno-Versity and Th3rd Coast Digital solutions into one, MindSpring was in great need of a rebranding and relaunch of their newly combined offerings.
Our team focused on creating a brand and concept that could grow with the company while also encapsulating the creative and innovative spirit of their team. This was showcased by an invigorating color palette and design that helped to highlight their main pillars as a business. The website design leaned on softer shapes and rounded corners to further imply friendliness, and after a few rounds of revisions was able to get designed, built, and launched within a 35-day window to meet the tight turnaround for announcing the merger.
GV GrooVe! Is an a cappella group based out of Grand Valley State University. They have been performing original arrangements of popular songs across the state of Michigan since 2009.
During my tenure as their marketing manager, I worked with designer Nick Ciliak to put together a digital home base where visitors could learn more about the group and it’s members, listen to their music, and find out up to date information on upcoming performances and news. Most vitally, this site was where we received the majority of our booking requests, so it was important to put our best foot forward. With a group of fun-loving students to showcase, it was easy to format a website that communicated their energy and passion for music.
ProVizXR is an XR CMS built to give companies an easy-to-use and templatized way to implement AR and VR technology throughout every aspect of their business, from training to sales. Looking to educate customers on this tech in simple and engaging ways can be difficult, particularly when the product in question is more often than not a new concept for the user.
The challenge faced here was to create a sales-focused website that quickly introduced visitors to the unique problem-solving XR technology created by Th3rd Coast digital Solutions in an easy-to-understand way.
We chose to do this by using more casual-sounding language to maintain a friendly atmosphere- and highlight successful use cases to give real-world context to a highly-malleable digital tool.
It was also important that the site was mobile-friendly and fast, so we worked alongside our developers to make sure all website features were fully optimized to maintain site efficiency. We planned to include site tracking throughout the backend design as well as lead gathering forms, so as to prepare our sales team with as much information as possible.
